Advantage Puck now a wholly owned subsidiary of Simplimatic Automation.
Evington, Va., Tue Feb 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Simplimatic Automation, LLC announced on Tuesday that it is buying the other half of its joint venture Advantage Puck Technologies (APT) located in Corey PA.
The joint venture began in 2005 when the joint venture partners acquired selected assets of APT in a secured party sale. Advantage Puck Technologies is a leading global supplier of pucks (or carriers) used to hold and stabilize products as they transfer on conveyors in packaging filling or production assembly lines. They also help to minimize production line changeover times.
